On June 9，Ferenc Norbert， President of the Cegléd City Council， Hungary， and Director of the Cegléd Vocational Education Center under the Cultural and Creative Department， led a delegation to visit Wucheng County， Dezhou City， Shandong Province for an inspection tour．

The delegation toured Wucheng County＇s HVAC systems， automotive parts industries， and related enterprises，observing first－hand the innovative achievements in the county＇s industrial sector，and signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with the county．

Ferenc Norbert stated that Cegléd City and Wucheng County demonstrate strong alignment in population size， geographical area， and industrial structure，presenting extensive cooperation opportunities．Establishing a partnership will facilitate resource sharing and industrial upgrading for both parties．

Additionally， Ferenc Norbert announced plans to promote friendly relations between schools in both regions，
